Dave has worked in corporate finance for almost three decades, advising on all forms of M&A activity across a wide range of sectors and for clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to FTSE100 companies, international groups and private equity investors. He takes a genuine interest in staying close to his clients, providing valued strategic input between transaction events.

His greatest satisfaction is seeing a happy client when we’ve exceeded their expectations and guided them through what is often an emotional rollercoaster of an event.

Why Sentio?

“We never give up, whatever the deal complexities and challenges. This is largely down to a total commitment to our clients, but also the fact we are all super-competitive by nature. We don’t like failure or to disappoint, ever.”
