Once they have been identified we are experienced in unlocking acquisition targets, often securing exclusive access.

We continue to provide support through the transaction, helping to assess and prioritise opportunities taking into account the importance of not just commercial but cultural fit and ease of integration. We can provide technical expertise and valuable experience in areas such as valuation, transaction structuring and bidding tactics along with project management skills to ensure both process and personalities are managed to deliver a successful result.

Where external funding is required to complete the transaction we will use our relationships with debt and equity providers and our knowledge of the acquirer and target to deliver the required funding.
