Ollie joined Sentio in 2026 having spent over 3 years at EY in both the Corporate Finance and Restructuring teams. He advises across the full spectrum of transaction activity including sell-side processes, complex carve-outs and management advisory for a variety of clients from large corporates, owner managed businesses, lenders and institutional investors.
