Trustmarque Solutions
Sentio Partners advised on the secondary management buyout of technology and software business Trustmarque Solutions in a transaction valued at £43m. Funding for the buyout was provided by Dunedin (Edinburgh/London) and HSBC (Leeds). The York-based business, which employs 180 people and has operated for more than 25 years, was sold by LDC in a deal which involved a number of leading Yorkshire-based advisers.
