EthOss is a UK-founded dental med-tech business operating at the intersection of regenerative biomaterials and clinical dentistry.
EthOss supplies regenerative bone grafting materials for use in dentistry and oral surgery. Developed by clinicians in the UK, EthOss® Bone Graft is a fully synthetic solution proven to help patients grow back their own bone with no graft particles left behind. EthOss is supplied into over 60 countries through an international network of distributors.
Sentio acted for the shareholders including founders Peter Fairbairn and Paul Harrison and their families. Managing Director Peter Wheeler will continue to lead the team alongside Sales Director Joe Harrison. The acquirer’s decentralised structure ensures the continuity of operations at the company’s base in Silsden, West Yorkshire, from where it will continue to develop market share and access new strategic international territories, supported by ongoing clinical innovation and product development.

A long-term owner of businesses, Lifco is focused on delivering sustainable growth in earnings and cashflows and growing its portfolio by acquisition. The companies in Lifco’s Dental business area are leading suppliers of consumables, equipment and technical service to dentists across Europe, backing specialist dental med-tech platforms for long-term growth. Overall group net sales were €26.1 million in 2025 and EBITA was €5.9 million.
