Corporate finance and strategic advisory firm, Sentio Partners LLP has moved into smart new offices in Minerva House designed by Bowman Riley Interiors in the heart of Leeds’ central business district.
Following the sale of their existing premises in the city, Sentio has leased the vacant third floor shell space of Minerva House, a multi-tenanted commercial building on East Parade owned and operated by Evans Property Group.
From a blank canvass, Bowman Riley created a modern interior to complement Sentio’s brand and project a positive image to the business community of Leeds.
Through the use of glazed screens and partitions, the space was broken up to provide a selection of meeting rooms, a formal boardroom with impressive views over the Leeds cityscape and an open plan office, all equipped with the latest communications technology. A central business lounge provides a multi-purpose space for both clients and staff to meet, work and relax in.
RFM Group delivered the interior fit out, Atomos Networks provided the IT and telephony solution and Widd Signs the interior signage and manifestations. The project was completed to a tight programme, which facilitated in the seamless relocation of Sentio into their new home.
Andy Miller, partner at Sentio said: “Our vibrant new surroundings provide a great working environment for our team and somewhere that reflects our message and branding when we welcome clients and contacts. We are delighted with our new space and excited about the contribution it will make to the continued growth of our business.”
Sentio were advised by Alistair Russell from UK City Commercial and Paul Forster from The Legal Director.
