WCCTV secures new investment from Arcus Infrastructure Partners

WCCTV has been acquired by Arcus Infrastructure Partners, marking an important milestone for the business and its management team as they enter the next phase of growth.

The transaction sees Arcus acquire the business from LDC, following a successful five-year partnership that supported WCCTV through a period of rapid expansion and operational development.

Supporting management through a period of growth

Sentio Partners supported WCCTV’s senior management team during the transaction, working alongside them on financial forecasting and forward-looking analysis.

Ben Holton, Associate Director at Sentio Partners, said:

“WCCTV is a strong business with a clear strategy and an exceptional management team. Our role was to support the team at key points, bringing clarity to the numbers and confidence to the plans as they prepared for the next phase of growth.”

A strong platform for the next chapter

Over the past five years, WCCTV has significantly scaled its operations across the UK and the US. The business now operates from ten regional hubs, has tripled revenue, nearly doubled headcount and invested heavily in new products, services and infrastructure, including a purpose-built headquarters in Rochdale.

Arcus’ investment provides a long-term platform to build on that momentum. With a shared focus on infrastructure, innovation and resilient end markets, the partnership is well aligned with WCCTV’s strategy to continue investing in technology, people and customer service.
